Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet land titles did by Land Commission Award No. 8519B, Part 3 award to Fanny Young, an estate an estate of freehold less than allodial in the land hereinafter described:

And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by John F. Colburn for and on behalf of the Kapiolani Estate Limited, a corporation duly incorporated under the Laws of the Territory of Hawaii for a Patent on the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries, defining the same having been duly filed and the Government Commutation thereon was released by resolutio ....
