Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 11215 Apana 2 award to Aarona Keliiahonui, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by William T. Rawlins, Attorney for and on behalf of the Heirs of John H. Coney the present owner, for a Land Patent of the herein described land, and whereas proper surveys defining the boundaries of same having been duly filed and the Government Commutation thereon amounting to One Hundred and Fifty-eight 33/100 ($158 33/100) Dollars having been duly paid.
