Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 8849 By metes and bounds award to Kueaeleiki Coles, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by H. Hackfeld Company Limited for a Patent to the herein described land, and the Government Commutation thereo ....
