Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 6767, Apanas 1, 2 and 3 By metes and bounds -award to Poepoe, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described,
And whereas proper application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands byCharles E. King for a Patent to the herein described land, and the Government Commutation therein in the sum of Forty-eight and 25/100 ($48-25/100) Dollars has been paid,
Therefore, the Governor of ....
