Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles did by Land Commission Award No. 32 Apana 1 award to E.R. Butler an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described;

Whereas, the Government Commutation on said award, amounting to Three and 27/100 ($3.27) Dollars, has been paid by the Right Reverend Libert Hubert Boeynaema, Trustee for the Roman Catholic Church in the Territory of Hawaii, the owner of same, said award being included in Land Court Registration of Title No. 557, filed by the Right Reverend Libert Hubert Boeynaema, Trustee for the Roman Catholic Church in the Territory of Hawaii, now

Therefore, the Governor of the Territory ....
