Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 11215:2 to Kealiiahonui, an estate of Freehold less than Allodialin the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by The Salvation Army, the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, said land is a portion of Lot 6 ....
