Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 1280 and 5572 apana 2 to Kaaha, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Grace Y. Coyne claiming to be the present owner of a portion of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, this Award, was made by survey, the description of which is found on Page 674, of Volume 9, of Land Commission Awards, on file in the Office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, and
Whereas, the Government Commutation thereon, including interest and statutory fee, amo ....
