Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by its decision, award by Land Commission Award No. 3587 and 6752 to Kamoopohaku, alias Iona, an estate in Fee Simple in the land hereafter described, and
Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by J. Security Title Corporation, a Hawaii corporation under Escrow L3050, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and
Whereas, the award was made by survey, the descriptions of which is found on Page 185 of Volume 6 and Land Commission Award 6752 and Pages 476-477 of Volume 9 of Land Commission Awards, on file in the office of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Apana 2 of said awards was resurveyed as set forth on Pages 476-477 of Volume 9; and
Whereas, there is no government commutation due thereon. ....
