Whereas, application has been made to the Board of Land and Natural Resources by Walton Hong, Esquire, on behalf of Robert Semerad, whose address is Post Office Box 851, Hanalei, Hawaii 96714, claiming to be the present owner of said land for a Patent covering same, and

Being a portion of the Moloaa Hui Lands, Equity Partition No. 80 and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 1" pipe in concrete at the Northeast corner of this parcel of land at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Moloaa Hui Land on the West side of Hui Road B, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Moloaa" being 2,354.70 feet North and 4,615.01 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1. 343° 01' 66.76 feet along Hui Road "B" to a 3/4" pipe;
2. 62° 30' 113.52 feet along Lot 14, Moloaa Hui Land to a 1/2" pipe;
3. 158° 30' 66.01 feet along Royal Patent 6626, Land Commission award 240-H:1 to Pihe to a pipe in concrete;
4. 242° 30' 118.80 feet along Lot 12, Moloaa Hui Land to the point of beginning and containing an Area of 7,626 square feet, more or less.
