The Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state my claim to you. I have two taro lo`i and a kula. The length is 130 and the width is 40. The house is just above those lo`i. Those are my claims. Witnesses: Makuahine, Hulialo.

Pakaa, sworn, says I know the lands of Claimant in Kealia. They consist of 3 pieces as follows

No. 1 is house lot in "Aikiana."
No. 2 is 2 Lois & kula adjoining in "Hawaipahea."
No. 3 is some kula in "Awikiwiki."

No. 1 is bounded:
Mauka by Konohiki's kula
Anahola by Konohiki's kula
Makai by Konohiki's kula
Olohena by Konohiki's kula.

No. 2 is bounded:
Mauka by Konohiki's kula
Anahola by uncultivated lois of Konohiki
Makai by uncultivated lois of Konohiki
Olohena by uncultivated lois of Konohiki.

No. 3 is bounded: on all sides by Konohiki's kula.

The lands Nos 1 & 3 were given Claimant by the Konohiki about the time of Kaumualii's death & have been held in peaceable possession till now.

No. 2 was given by the Konohiki to Claimant's wife in 1848 - the Lois were then uncultivated. The wife has since died, but Claimant has held the Lois in peaceable possession & cultivated them.

Kaaki, sworn, says I know the above lands of Naumiumi & know that all that Pakaa has testified is true.

Section 2 - Brush land from Konohiki and cultivated by the wife of Umiumi.

Keoki, sworn, he has known in the same way as Pakaa.
